Before making any transaction, the customer acknowledges knowing and declares to accept these conditions from the moment he clicks the I Agree button.

1. Particular terms of sale

The customer acknowledges knowing, at the time of placing the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, price components, weight, quantity, color, product details, cost of performance, etc.) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. The placing of the order and its confirmation by the customer materialize the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order.

2. Order

The customer orders by clicking on the "Add to basket" tab. The order is added to a total that collects all the items confirmed by the customer by clicking on the button "I accept the general conditions of sale and make the payment" in the menu.

3. Order confirmation

EXPOSICION ARTESANIA DE SPAIN confirms the acceptance of your order to the customer through the means: email. The sale will not end until EXPOSICION ARTESANIA DE SPAIN confirms the order.

EXPOSICION ARTESANIA DE SPAIN reserves the right not to confirm an order for any particular reason such as the supply of products, typographical errors, a problem related to the order received (e.g. illegible document), an abnormal order or a foreseeable problem regarding delivery. ARTESANIA EXHIBITION OF SPAIN will inform the customer.

New orders cannot be placed until the customer has paid the sums due for the previous orders. Likes, ownership of the goods will not be fully transferred until ARTESANIA EXHIBITION OF SPAIN receives the amounts due by the customer.

4. Order Delivery Conditions (Shipping Policy)

The customer will choose the place and date of receipt of the goods at the time of placing the order. EXPOSICION ARTESANIA DE SPAIN reserves the right to use all means necessary to deliver the products to the address indicated by the customer.

4.1 Return Policy.

Returns are accepted, in situations that the customer communicates to us within 15 days from the time of receipt of the purchase, that the product(s) he/she purchased does not correspond to those he/she received. In this case mentioned above, without exception, the company "Artesania De España Exhibition" would take care of the return of the product and replacement of it.

In all other cases where the customer wanted the return of the product, he would have to take care of the return costs and the packaging of the same. If for any reason, at the time of return, the product arrives at our damaged facility, the amount paid will NOT be refunded.

5. Delivery times

Deliveries will be made within a maximum period of 45 working days. If an item is not in stock at the time of placing the order, we will let you know and confirm the date it will be available again or propose an equivalent replacement product.

6. Costs of delivery and receipt of orders

When placing an order, the customer undertakes to sign the receipt form submitted by the person making the delivery, in which he can include all the observations he deems necessary. By signing the receipt sheet, the customer acknowledges receiving the number of packages indicated on it. If the customer observes damaged products or lack of products, they must make an email claim to "yepes01@gmail.com" within a maximum period of 5 days.

Any event, such as force majeure, accident, strike, administrative decision or transport strike that delayed, prevents or makes the supply exorbitant, constitutes, by express agreement, a clause of suspension or termination of the obligations of EXPOSICION ARTESANIA DE SPAIN, without compensation for the benefit of the client if the event takes place for more than 15 days. In these circumstances, the customer will be exempted, in full and automatically, from their obligations regarding their order.

7. Shipping company

Deliveries will be made by "Certified Postal Mail" or Private Agency during normal office hours. Select the shipping address so that someone can receive the package.

8. Price

All prices are quoted in EUROS and include VAT. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by EXPOSICION ARTESANIA DE SPAIN. Payment for products and services is made by Paypal in a secure environment on our provider's server. The charge on the customer's credit card will be made in EUROS. EXPOSICION ARTESANIA DE SPAIN retains ownership of the products until the customer pays in full the price of the products and services.

9. Product sheet

Photographs showing the products are provided as an indication. Differences between photographs and products can only be minimal and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products. The color of the products displayed in the virtual store may differ from the actual color of the product.

10. Terms of payment

The products ordered will be prepared and shipped after payment by Credit/Debit Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer (We do not accept counter-refund).

11. Private Information Security (National Computer Commission and Freedom)

ARTESANIA EXHIBITION OF SPAIN is obliged to protect your private information. The personal data collected during your connection to our commercial site will only be used to process your order. We will not sell, lease or disclose your personal data to any person (or third party).

12. Requested information

By placing orders through the www.mijasart.com site, you consent that EXPOSICION ARTESANIA DE SPAIN uses nominative data about you, communicated by you or collected through the operation of the site. This data (names, e-mail address, postal address, etc...) are necessary for us to process your orders.

13. Security of personal data

Order shipping (containing your account information) is done through a secure server. The security program (SSL) encodes all the information you write before it is sent to us. In addition, message transmissions are protected against unauthorized access by third parties.

14. Warranty

The customer will benefit from the legal guarantee of hidden defects in the products sold. All our products are designed and manufactured with the greatest possible care. However, the warranty will not be valid if there are failures or damage due to incorrect handling, lack of maintenance or care contrary to our instructions for use.

15. "Right to cancel for goods

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us [INSERT: Name of the company, street, number, postcode, town, e-mail address, telephone number] of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods."

16. Intellectual property

When connecting to the website created by EXPOSICION ARTESANIA DE SPAIN, owner of all intellectual property rights thereof, the customer may not copy or download all or part of its content, without the prior and express authorization of EXPOSICION ARTESANIA DE SPAIN.
