"Bruno" is one of these very rare artisans that works all buy himself, keeping this secrets. He is one of my favourite artists and certainly extremely rare ceramic. All he has is the help of his elderly father.
What "Bruno" has done is recreate the Medieval Spanish Ceramic from the XII and XIII century. These are copies of original pieces from that period, many of the designs he has copied from old painting and books, as the original ceramic from that historical period, is extremely scarce.
One important thing is that this ceramic is ONLY decorative; it's not usable for food. These pieces have what we call in Spanish a "Craquelado", that consisted of forcing very small little cracks of the surface to give it a old look.
